End User License Agreement

Membership content license

This agreement is between you and CryptoGenie LLC, doing business as Genie Trades ("we", "us"). It explains what you can and can't do with the content you get as a member. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. What it covers

"Content" means everything you get through a membership: game plans, updates, wraps, alerts, charts, reports, scorecards, guides, emails, files, and any other posts in the members' channels.

2. Your license

While your membership is active, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to view the content and use it for your own education and your own trading decisions.

3. What you can't do

During your membership and after it ends, you may not:

• Share, forward, repost, screenshot or copy paid content outside the members' channels. That includes other Discord servers, Telegram, group chats, social media and websites.
• Share your account or your Discord access, or let anyone else read the members' channels through you.
• Use bots, scrapers, self-bots or other automated tools to copy, collect or forward content.
• Sell, rent or sublicense the content, use it to run a signal, alert or copy-trading service, or use it to train an AI model.
• Remove or hide our name, watermarks or disclaimers.

Content we post publicly for free, like our posts on X or our free newsletter, may be shared as long as it isn't changed and you credit Genie Trades.

4. Who owns what

The content, the Genie Trades name and our methods belong to CryptoGenie LLC, or to the companies we license them from. Market data shown in the content comes from outside data providers and remains theirs. This license gives you no rights to that data beyond viewing it as part of the content.

You keep ownership of what you post in our server. You let us show it in the server and moderate it.

5. Discord and Whop

Discord and Whop are not part of this agreement. Their own terms apply when you use them.

6. If you break this agreement

We can end your membership right away, without a refund. We may also take other steps the law allows, including asking a platform to remove copied content.

7. No warranties

The content is provided "as is". The no-warranty and liability sections of our Terms of Service apply to this agreement too. The content is education, not personal financial advice.

8. When it ends

This license ends when your membership ends. Sections 3, 4 and 6 still apply after it ends.
