Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Genie Trades is run by CryptoGenie LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. They apply when you buy a Genie Trades membership, join our Discord server, read our emails, or use anything else we provide (together, "the service").

By buying a membership or using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and End User License Agreement are part of these terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use the service.

2. Who can join

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding agreement.
• One membership is for one person. Don't share your account or your access.
• The details you give at checkout must be true and yours.

3. What a membership includes

Members get access to private channels in the Genie Trades Discord server. Depending on your plan, that includes daily game plans for TSLA, SPY and QQQ, updates during the trading day, a wrap after the close that grades each plan, a weekly report, and live entry alerts when we offer them.

Access is given through a Discord role once you link your Discord account through Whop. The exact content, schedule and symbols can change over time. We'll tell members in the server about any big change.

4. Education, not advice

Everything here is for education. It's not personal financial advice, and it isn't a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Options can lose 100% of what you pay for them, and fast. Only trade money you can afford to lose.

Past results, including everything on the scorecard, don't predict future results. The results shown are hypothetical: one share or one contract per card, with no fees or slippage.

The written summaries are produced by AI from checked market data. Every number is checked against that data before posting, but mistakes can happen.

The people running this room may hold or trade positions in TSLA, SPY or QQQ and their options.

For advice about your own situation, talk to a licensed professional.

Some more points you should know:

• We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.
• Everyone gets the same content at the same time, posted on a schedule. We don't know your finances, your goals or how much risk you can take, and we never give one-on-one advice about your account.
• Option values on the morning plans are model estimates. The close wrap and the weekly report use real quotes.
• You alone decide what to trade, and you're responsible for every trade you make and its results.

5. Billing

• Payments are processed by Whop and its payment partners. Whop's own terms also apply to your purchase.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• If your plan starts with a free trial, you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you don't cancel, the first charge happens when the trial ends.
• Some plans, like Founders, keep their price for as long as your membership stays active without a break. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price at that time applies.
• If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you at least 14 days before the new price applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
• If a payment fails, Whop will retry it for a few days. If it still fails, your membership ends and your access is removed.
• Prices don't include any sales tax that may apply where you live.

6. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from your membership page on Whop. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that you aren't charged again, and your Discord role is removed. Refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Community rules

In the Discord server and anywhere else we run:

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats or personal attacks.
• Don't give other members personal financial advice or tell them how much to trade.
• No spam, no advertising, and no promoting other paid groups, signals or referral links.
• Don't share paid content outside the server (see the End User License Agreement).
• Don't pretend to be staff. We will never message you first to ask for money, passwords or account details. Anyone who does is not us.
• Follow Discord's own rules and the law.

We may remove posts and limit or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

8. Our content

Everything we publish belongs to CryptoGenie LLC. Your membership gives you a personal license to use it, explained in our End User License Agreement. In short, you can use it for your own learning and your own trading, but you can't share, resell or copy it.

9. Affiliates

If you join our affiliate program, you must:

• Clearly say that you are paid for referrals.
• Never claim profits, win rates or income, and never promise results.
• Never use our name in paid ads, spam or misleading posts.

We may end an affiliate's participation, and hold back commissions earned by breaking these rules.

10. How the service runs

The service is automated. Posts can be late, missing or wrong because of data problems, outages or bugs. When something breaks, we'll post a notice and fix it as soon as we reasonably can.

We may change, pause or stop any part of the service. If we shut the whole service down for good, we'll stop billing and refund the unused part of any period you already paid for.

11. Ending a membership

You can end your membership at any time by cancelling (section 6).

We can end your membership right away, without a refund, if you break these terms, including the End User License Agreement. We can also end a membership for any other reason. In that case we'll refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

12. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it, including that it will be accurate, complete, on time, free of errors, or right for your goals. Past results do not predict future results.

13. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows:

• We are not responsible for any trading losses, or for any lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Some places don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

14. Your responsibility to us

If you break these terms or the law, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees.

15. Law and disputes

Wyoming law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you have a problem, please email us first. Most issues get sorted out quickly. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either of us may take it to the state or federal courts in Laramie County, Wyoming, and we both agree to those courts. Either of us may also use small claims court where it qualifies.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The newest version will always be on our Whop page, with the date it was last updated. If a change is significant, we'll announce it in the Discord server at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

17. Other terms

• These terms, with the policies named in section 1, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
• If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we don't enforce a part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
• You can't transfer your membership or these terms to anyone else. We can transfer them if the business is sold or reorganized.
